2025 was significant for us. Not in a flashy way day-to-day, but in the sense that many things we’d been working toward over the past few years started to lock into place. We spent a lot of time between kitchens, labs, and conversations across Japan and Southeast Asia, pressure-testing the technology and learning what really matters to partners on the ground.
A meaningful milestone for us was receiving THB 1.2 million in grants from the National Innovation Agency. That support gave us breathing room to double down on validation, scale-readiness, and doing things properly rather than rushing decisions.
One big change we made last year was adopting the principles of Monozukuri, restructuring to make continuous improvements to our product.

More than the events themselves, what mattered was seeing EXX move out of “interesting conversations” and into real use cases, tastings, and repeat engagement with partners who genuinely care about food systems, not just novelty.
This year, we’re keeping our heads down and staying disciplined: strengthening the partnerships that already make sense, scaling thoughtfully, and continuing to build something that’s defensible, useful, and grounded in real demand.
Our goal is simple: making our product affordable to everyone. With EXX launching in Japan soon, we will build on this momentum to accelerate our growth.
