Why exx?

Traditional egg production has a significant environmental footprint. By upcycling rice-bran (a byproduct of Thailand’s rice milling), we turn waste into a high-value ingredient that replicates egg functionality—without GMOs, allergens, or cholesterol.

How It Works

  • Hydrolysis Process: Enzymatically breaks down rice-bran protein into smaller peptides for solubility and emulsification.
  • Functionality: exx foams, emulsifies, and binds moisture—just like egg.
